Abstract

The invention discloses a method and a system for quantifying the fusion degree of new and old asphalt in a hot recycled asphalt mixture, and relates to the technical field of road engineering. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, constructing a relation equation of completely fusing recycled asphalt micro-scale modulus and old asphalt content; performing in-situ determination to obtain a recycled asphalt micro-scale modulus, an old asphalt micro-scale modulus, a new asphalt micro-scale modulus and an old asphalt content in the hot recycled asphalt mixture; inputting the new asphalt micro-scale modulus, the old asphalt micro-scale modulus and the old asphalt content obtained through in-situ measurement into the relation equation to obtain the recycled asphalt micro-scale modulus in a complete fusion state; and obtaining the fusion degree of the new asphalt and the old asphalt in the hot recycled mixture based on the recycled asphalt micro-scale modulus obtained by in-situ measurement and the recycled asphalt micro-scale modulus in a complete fusion state. The method is high in applicability, the fusion degree of the new asphalt and the old asphalt in the thermal regeneration mixture can be simply, conveniently and truly quantified, and an objective basis is provided for fine design of the thermal regeneration mixture.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of road engineering, and more specifically relates to a method and a system for quantifying the fusion degree of old and new asphalt in thermally recycled asphalt mixture. Background technique [0002] In recent years, as more and more attention has been paid to the sustainable utilization of resources, plant-mixed heat recycling technology has been increasingly used in asphalt pavement reconstruction projects. The degree of fusion of old and new asphalt in recycled mixtures has also attracted more and more attention from researchers. [0003] In the design process of hot recycled mixture, the old asphalt in the old material is usually considered to be completely integrated with the new asphalt, and the sieving data of the aggregate after the extraction of the old material is used for design in the gradation design. In fact, the old and new asphalt in the recycled mixture cannot achieve a complete fusion st...
