Abstract

The invention discloses a data center multi-stage cooling system based on natural cooling of a cooling tower, the tail end of the cooling system takes away heat of a server chip by using a liquid cooling unit, and meanwhile, a row-stage cooling module is used for eliminating heat diffused into a machine room environment. Compared with the traditional machine room air cooling technology, the multi-stage and mutually independent cooling mode not only can accurately take away heat of a chip heating source in the machine room, but also can maintain the environment temperature in the machine room within a reasonable and comfortable range. The cooling tower serves as a cold source in the whole-year cooling process of the data center, on one hand, cold water is provided for a liquid cooling server in a machine room, and on the other hand, the cooling efficiency of compression refrigeration and fluorine pump refrigeration used by a machine row-level cooling module is improved by fully utilizing exhaust air of the cooling tower in summer and transition seasons through a built-in condenser. Meanwhile, the double water distributors are arranged in the cooling tower and are respectively arranged above and below the condenser, so that the condenser can heat water entering the cooling tower only by switching a water pipe valve in winter, and the problem of freezing prevention of the cooling tower in winter is solved.
