Abstract

The invention discloses a monitoring well arrangement and tracer agent injection boundary determination method for landfill leakage detection. The invention aims to determine the injection amount of the tracer in the on-site tracer test injection well and the arrangement of the monitoring well by using the migration rule of the tracer in the landfill body and the barrier barrier. The diffusion and convection effects of a tracer in a landfill body and a barrier barrier are considered, a two-dimensional control equation of migration of the tracer is established in combination with the Fick law, the Darcy law and a mass conservation equation, and a solution of the equation is obtained through Laplace-Fourier transform and Talbot numerical inversion. According to different characteristics of sizes, porosity, permeability characteristics and the like of a landfill covering layer, a garbage body and a bottom liner, the injection amount of a tracer agent and the arrangement method of a barrier leakage monitoring well are determined. The method provided by the invention is efficient and reliable in calculation, can be used for leakage detection and efficient positioning of the in-service landfill barrier, and has important engineering value for treatment of the landfill.
