The system comprises an environment monitoring subsystem for generating an air environment vector which is obtained by at least one environment sensor in a continuous monitoring state and comprises a fuzzy set, a wearable physical sign monitoring subsystem which is used for generating a personal physical sign parameter vector which is obtained by at least one physical sign sensor in a continuous monitoring state and comprises a fuzzy set, an artificial intelligence decision-making subsystem which is used for generating an association matching relationship between environment parameters and the body index parameters of a human body, performing information comparison based on a database and outputting a judgment result, and a human-computer interface display system is used for visualizing the output result of the artificial intelligence decision-making subsystem. According to the method, health environment parameters and physical sign parameters of health people are collected, and an intelligent algorithm is adopted, so that ore health environment elements are extracted, and the association between the health environment parameters and the physical sign parameters of the health people is established; decision making is carried out on the basis of a medical expert database; and thus, the health scheme of the user is optimized.
