A preparation method of the flexible liposome comprises the following steps: mixing the bakuchiol, ceramide NP and lecithin; adding hexyldecanol into the oil phase A, heating to 50-85 DEG C, and stirring for 30 min to obtain an oil phase A; under the conditions that the ultrasonic power is 500 W, the frequency is 45 KHz and the water bath temperature is 50-85 DEG C, carrying out ultrasonic dissolution on the oil phase A for 30 min to obtain an oil phase B; mixing dipotassium glycyrrhizinate with water, heating to 50-80 DEG C, and stirring for 20 min for dissolving to obtain a water phase; adding the oil phase B into the water phase, and stirring for 20 min to obtain a primary mixed solution; and carrying out homogenization circulation on the preliminary mixed solution for 5 times by using a high-pressure homogenizer under the condition of 800 bar, so as to obtain the flexible liposome with high ceramide loading capacity.
