Abstract

The invention provides an LPL new site mutant gene for hyperlipidemia accompanied by recurrent acute pancreatitis and application, and belongs to the technical field of biological medicine. The nucleotide sequence of the LPL mutant gene is that the 986 site of the nucleotide sequence of a wild-type LPL protein gene is mutated from A to C, and the sequence of the wild-type LPL protein gene is as shown in SEQ No.1. The LPL mutant polypeptide encoded by the LPL mutant gene is a kit for detecting the hypertriglyceridemia or acute pancreatitis LPL mutant gene by replacing tyrosine at the 329 site of an amino acid sequence which is encoded by a wild type LPL protein gene and is shown as SEQ No.2 with serine. The invention provides a novel separated LPL mutant gene for familial hypertriglyceridemia or acute pancreatitis, further explains a mechanism of enzyme activity reduction caused by LPL mutation, and provides a sufficient basis for treatment effect and dynamic observation of familial hypertriglyceridemia or acute pancreatitis.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to the technical field of biomedicine, in particular to a LPL new site mutation gene and application of hyperlipidemia accompanied by recurrent acute pancreatitis. Background technique [0002] Lipids specifically cover lipids and fats. Fat refers to triglycerides of fatty acids, that is, triglycerides (TG), which are the result of esterification of three hydroxyl groups inside glycerol molecules by fatty acids. TG is a very key organic compound in the human body, mainly manifested in: the most important source of human energy, is the main component of glycolipids and biofilms --- an important part of phospholipids, and plays a role in the body's material metabolism. The liver is the place with the strongest ability to synthesize triglycerides, and the small intestine and adipose tissue are also important places for the synthesis of triglycerides. The triglycerides stored in adipocytes are usually hydrolyzed by fat mobilization, w...
