The thermal characteristic measuring method comprises the following steps: acquiring each thermal characteristic initial parameter of the air conditioning system in real time, and acquiring the outlet water temperature of the water chilling unit according to the thermal characteristic initial parameters of the air conditioning system; acquiring the outlet water temperature of the pipeline according to the water outlet temperature of the water chilling unit; acquiring the air supply temperature of the coil pipe according to the outlet water temperature of the pipeline; and acquiring a thermal characteristic measuring result of the air conditioning system according to the outlet water temperature of the water chilling unit, the outlet water temperature of the pipeline and the air supply temperature of the coil pipe, wherein the thermal characteristic measuring result is a dynamic change process of conveying cold energy into a room by the air conditioning system after a refrigerator side control strategy is implemented.
