Embodiment 1

[0043] Configure solid mixtures:

[0044] In this example, the material to be cured is a construction waste, and the particle grade of the construction waste is like figure 1 As shown, less than 0.075 mm has more than 20% of total quality. First, the construction waste is mixed with the active magnesium oxide, and 30 g of active magnesium oxide is added to each 270 g of construction, that is, 10% magnesium oxide content. The fibers selected for the present embodiment are basalt fibers, the length is 12mm, the specific gravity is 2.80, the average diameter is 0.013mm, the fracture tensile strength is 4150 MPa, the Young's modulus is 93 GPa, the limit extension is 2.56, the volume of the fiber is 0.1%.

[0045] The basalt fibers were twisted, and the active magnesium oxide was incorporated into the mixture of the construction waste, stirred evenly.

[0046] Configure liquid mixture:

[0047] Preparation ATCC 1376 NH in proportion 4 -YE medium, and sterilized in a sterilized pot, 0...

Embodiment 2

[0052] The present embodiment is substantially the same as in Example 1, and the difference is only to 0.3 vol% of the amount of basalt fiber. Specifically, such as Table 1.

Embodiment 3

[0054] The present embodiment is substantially the same as in Example 1, and the difference is only 0.6 vol% to the basalt fiber. Specifically, such as Table 1.

Abstract

The invention discloses a cementing and curing method and a cementing and curing material prepared by the method. The cementing and curing method comprises the following steps: A, uniformly mixing a solid base material, active magnesium oxide and fibers to prepare a solid mixture; B, adding urea into a bacterial liquid to prepare a liquid mixture, wherein the bacterial liquid contains urease-producing bacteria; and C, uniformly mixing the solid mixture and the liquid mixture to form slurry, and performing maintenance and curing. In the step A, the fiber accounts for 0.05-1.5% of the volume of the solid mixture. Under the condition that the cost is not obviously increased, the strength and toughness of the cementing and curing material are enhanced.

Description

Technical field [0001] The present invention relates to a method for curing the cement and cement cured material, particularly relates to a sand or solid waste (e.g., construction waste) or to fill roadbed foundation. Background technique [0002] Cement is a most commonly used in construction of the cured cementitious material, because of its good gelling effect is widely used in geotechnical engineering. However, the production of cement raw materials limestone, sandstone, clay, etc, this kind of access to raw materials often require quarry, serious damage to the ecological environment; and cement calcination temperature up to 1450 ℃, huge energy consumption; the production process will produce large amounts of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases, previous studies indicate that to produce 1 ton of cement will produce 0.9 tons of carbon dioxide. With the acceleration of urbanization in China, the infrastructure needs of increasingly strong. At the same time, with the deepe...
