The supporting and locking device comprises a buried assembly, a ground flat plate, two adjusting and supporting assemblies and a wall fixing assembly; the top of the buried assembly is connected with the bottom of the ground flat plate in a fastened mode; the adjusting and supporting assemblies are connected with the upper surface of the ground flat plate in a fastened mode; the two adjusting and supporting assemblies are mounted on the two sides of the upper surface of the ground flat plate correspondingly; the bottom of the wall fixing assembly is connected with the ground flat plate in a fastened mode; and the adjusting and supporting assemblies are connected with the wall fixing assembly in a fastened mode. Through the combined action of a spherical shovel and a guiding piece, thick soil layer protection is established on the outer layer of the buried assembly, and thus the influence of loose soil on the stability of the assembled wall is avoided.
