The method comprises the following steps of performing a first fMRI experiment on all tested objects to obtain first functional magnetic resonance imaging data; randomly dividing the tested objects into a test group and a contrast group, and respectively carrying out illumination stimulation by using a to-be-optimized illumination formula and a reference illumination formula; performing a second fMRI experiment on all the tested objects to obtain second functional magnetic resonance imaging data; obtaining stimulation results of the whole brains of the two groups of tested objects and influence results on brain interval function connectivity; mining a brain network activity specificity index related to the to-be-optimized illumination formula, and establishing the incidence relation between the specificity index and a clinical diagnosis index; and determining an improvement direction of the illumination formula and presetting an improvement numerical value of the illumination parameter, and finally determining an illumination strategy for preventing cognitive impairment and improving cognitive recognition memory ability and an optimized illumination formula.
