According to the technical scheme, the steam purification and recovery device is characterized by comprising a barrel; an air inlet hole, an air outlet hole and a pollution discharge hole are formed in the barrel; and a coarse purification assembly and a fine purification assembly are arranged in the barrel. The coarse purification assembly comprises two limiting plates and a silk screen layer, the two limiting plates are arranged in a spaced mode and fixed to the inner side wall of the barrel; a plurality of vent holes allowing high-temperature steam to pass through are formed in the limiting plates correspondingly; and the silk screen layer is limited between the two limiting plates. The fine purification assembly comprises a filter element fixing plate and a plurality of filter element pipes, wherein the filter element fixing plate is used for fixing the filter element pipes and dividing the interior of the barrel into two parts which can only be communicated through the filter element pipes; and the ends, close to the coarse purification assembly, of the filter element pipes are closed, and openings are formed in the other ends of the filter element pipes.
