Abstract

Also disclosed is the application of Chinese mitten crab tumor necrosis factor in inhibiting Staphylococcus aureus or / and Vibrio parahaemolyticus. Also disclosed are recombinant vectors and recombinant engineering bacteria containing the coding gene of Chinese mitten crab tumor necrosis factor. The research results of the present invention show that the EsTNF protein can inhibit the growth of Staphylococcus aureus and Vibrio parahaemolyticus, and promote the clearance rate of bacteria in crabs.
