The testing, adjusting and sealing examining system comprises an integrated testing, adjusting and sealing examining instrument, and the integrated testing, adjusting and sealing examining instrument comprises a control unit, a flow sensor, an internal pressure sensor, an upper motor, a lead screw, an axial positioning unit, an upper and lower packing unit, an external pressure sensor, a circumferential positioning unit and a rotating unit. The axial positioning unit comprises a positioning block provided with an axial anti-clamping sliding groove, and the lead screw is provided with an upper setting thread and a lower setting thread which are opposite in rotating direction.
