The system comprises a tower crane; a system host and a display are arranged in a control room of the tower crane; a fisheye camera and a wireless bridge transmitting end are further installed in the control room; the wireless bridge transmitting end is connected with the system host; an amplitude sensor is mounted on a cargo boom of the tower crane, and a spherical camera is mounted at the tail end of the cargo boom; a height sensor is mounted on a balance arm of the tower crane; a gun-shaped digital camera is mounted at a rear axle winch of the balance arm; and a ground monitoring room is provided with a wireless network bridge receiving end and a BIM model end which are connected with the system host through the wireless network bridge transmitting end and receive data information of the host.
