Problems solved by technology

[0004] In view of the above-mentioned related technologies, the inventor believes that although the soil improver has reached the required nutritional elements for seedlings, after the seedlings are planted in the soil, sometimes the soil will be hardened due to the excessive use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides in the soil, causing the soil to harden. Poor soil air permeability makes the root system of seedlings take root slowly, thus reducing the survival rate of seedlings

preparation example 1

[0039] The improving agent of preparation example 1, its each raw material and each raw material consumption are as shown in table 1, and its preparation steps are as follows:

[0040] 1) Add 15 parts of octadecylamine to 18 parts of chloroform, stir until dissolved, then add 7 parts of 3-indoleacetic acid, stir well, add 3 parts of condensing agent, EDC, and then stir for 10 hours , to get solution A;

[0041] 2) Add water to solution A, the volume of the added water is 3 times of the chloroform, filter to obtain a precipitate, and vacuum dry the precipitate at 50° C. for 3 hours to obtain modified 3-indoleacetic acid.

preparation example 2

[0043] The modified 3-indoleacetic acid of preparation example 2, its preparation steps are as follows:

[0044] 1) Add 10 parts of octadecylamine to 25 parts of chloroform, stir until dissolved, then add 8 parts of 3-indoleacetic acid, stir well, add 4 parts of condensing agent, EDC, and then stir for 8 hours , to get solution A;

[0045] 2) Add water to solution A, the volume of the added water is 5 times that of the chloroform, filter to obtain a precipitate, and vacuum dry the precipitate at 47° C. for 4 hours to obtain modified 3-indoleacetic acid.

preparation example 3

[0047] The modified 3-indoleacetic acid of preparation example 3, its preparation steps are as follows:

[0048] 1) Add 13 parts of octadecylamine to 22 parts of chloroform, stir until dissolved, then add 9 parts of 3-indoleacetic acid, stir well, add 5 parts of condensing agent, EDC, and then stir for 6 hours , to get solution A;

[0049] 2) Add water to the solution A, the volume of the added water is 7 times of the chloroform, filter to obtain a precipitate, and vacuum dry the precipitate at 45° C. for 5 hours to obtain modified 3-indoleacetic acid.

Abstract

The invention relates to the field of nursery stock planting, and particularly discloses a soil conditioner for nursery stock planting. The soil conditioner is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 22-30 parts of bentonite, 4-9 parts of straw, 3-6 parts of linseed oil residues, 1-3 parts of a compound microbial preparation, 1-3 parts of humic acid, 12-20 parts of chicken and duck manure and 1-5 parts of modified 3-indoleacetic acid, wherein the modified 3-indoleacetic acid is prepared by carrying out a reaction on octadecylamine and 3-indoleacetic acid. The soil conditioner has an advantage of facilatating rooting of the root system of the nursery stock. In addition, the invention further provides a preparation method of the soil conditioner for nursery stock planting and a soil improvement method for nursery stock planting.

Description

technical field [0001] The present application relates to the field of seedling planting, more specifically, it relates to a soil conditioner for seedling planting, a preparation method thereof and an improvement method thereof. Background technique [0002] The planting technology and method of seedlings are widely used in gardening projects. In the process of seedling cultivation, seedlings need to be planted in the soil, and after the roots of the seedlings are rooted in the soil, the seedlings can achieve the purpose of survival. Before the seedlings are planted, the soil will be improved with soil amendments to make the soil suitable for the survival of the seedlings. [0003] In related technologies, soil conditioners generally include humic acid, polymethyl methacrylate, ceramsite, compound enzyme preparations, compound microorganisms, sodium selenite, potassium dihydrogen phosphate, calcium carbonate, sodium aluminosilicate and organic fillers. Things are configured...
