Abstract

The invention discloses a dual real-time protection system for a concrete pump hopper stirring motor. The system comprises an energy loop, an execution loop and a control loop. The energy loop comprises a motor, a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic oil tank. The execution loop comprises a hydraulic on-off valve, an electromagnetic directional valve and the stirring motor. The control loop comprises a control unit and an angle sensor, and the angle sensor is installed on a rotating shaft of a concrete pump hopper screen and used for detecting the opening angle of the concrete pump hopper screen. The control unit is electrically connected with an electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic directional valve and the angle sensor, and when the opening angle is larger than a set value, the control unit controls the electromagnetic coil of the electromagnetic directional valve to be powered off. By adopting the dual real-time protection system for the concrete pump hopper stirring motor, the danger possibly caused by misoperation on the concrete stirring motor when a hopper is opened can be prevented, and safety protection for operators is enhanced.
