Abstract

The invention discloses a set of SNP molecular markers for detectingpurity of sunflower variety and use of set of SNP molecular markers. The set of 17 SNP molecular markers can be used for detecting purities of oil sunflower and edible sunflower varieties and genetic materials with different sources, have wide use universality, and can trace and speculate a pollution source of impure samples. The set of SNP molecular markers are co-dominant, and have high specificity, sensitivity and resolution. The markers are not influenced by environmental conditions, seeds or any type of plant tissues can be used, and detection results are accurate, repeatable and stable. The technology is simple and easy for automation, and has high detection flux and high speed. Unit data point detection cost is low. Data results of different detection laboratories can be compared and verified with each other, and the data has universal comparability.
