Abstract

The embodiment of the invention discloses an IGBT voltage-sharing circuit and a frequency converter. The IGBT voltage-sharing circuit comprises a clamping circuit and a trailing voltage-sharing circuit. The clamping circuit is used for being connected with an IGBT. The trailing voltage-sharing circuit is connected with the clamping circuit and is used for being connected with the IGBT; the clamping circuit comprises k basic clamping units, and each basic clamping unit corresponds to one clamping voltage; if the voltage at the two ends of each basic clamping unit exceeds the corresponding clamping voltage, the basic clamping units are switched on to slow down the voltage change rate of the IGBT, k is an integer, and k is larger than or equal to 1; the trailing voltage-sharing circuit corresponds to a trailing clamping voltage; and in the current trailing stage after the IGBT is turned off, if the voltage at the two ends of the trailing voltage-sharing circuit exceeds the trailing clamping voltage, the trailing voltage-sharing circuit is switched on to limit the voltage rise of the IGBT and clamp the IGBT to be below the set voltage. The technical scheme provided by the invention hasthe characteristics of strong expansibility and wide applicability, and can avoid voltage unbalance of the IGBT in a current trailing stage after the IGBT is turned off.
