Abstract

The invention relates to a soil in-situ thermal desorption experiment simulation device, which is characterized in that a stainless steel box body is filled with polluted soil to be tested and is provided with a heating pipe and an extraction pipe; and the heating process of the polluted soil to be tested is adjusted by a digital control system, so that pollutants in the soil are heated and desorbed and are extracted by the extraction pipe; temperature and heat flux data of all positions of soil in the heating desorption process are collected by a temperature sensor and a heat flux sensor andare automatically recorded in a combined computer system, and after a pollutant gas-liquid phase mixture passes through a condenser and a gas-liquid separator, a liquid phase obtained through separation is collected into a water tank to be detected and treated. A gas phase obtained by separation passes through an activated carbon adsorption device and can be normally discharged after the concentration of pollutants in the gas phase is detected to reach the standard. Accurate laboratory simulation is carried out on the in-situ thermal desorption pollution treatment process of an actual pollutedsite, and theoretical and data references are provided for site layout, process parameter determination and other aspects in subsequent engineering application.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention belongs to the technical field of laboratory simulation of soil in-situ thermal desorption process, and relates to a novel soil in-situ thermal desorption experimental simulation device, which is suitable for performing accurate experiments on the in-situ thermal desorption pollution treatment process of actual polluted sites The collected data can provide reference for subsequent pilot experiments and practical engineering applications. Background technique [0002] Contaminated soil is affected by a variety of biological, physical, and chemical effects, and its pollution degree depends on the characteristics of pollutants and the nature of the soil. Most soils are weathered stone, composed of tiny mineral particles deposited on top of the crust, mixed with vegetative organic matter. Water solubility, vapor pressure, sorbent properties, biodegradability, and chemical stability are the most common characteristics affecting the degree of ...
