The system comprises a steel wire ring layer detection module; a steel wirebundle layer detection module; a ply detection module; a parameter information exporting module, wherein the steel wire ring layer detection module comprises a steel wire ring detection unit, a steelwire ring number detection unit, a steel wire ring radius detection unit and a steel wire ring position screenshot unit; a steel wire bundle layer module which comprises a steel wire bundle distribution detection unit, a steel wire bundle quantity detection unit and a steel wire bundle position screenshot unit; a cord fabric layer detection module which comprises a cord fabric layer distribution detection unit and a cord fabric layer area detection unit; and a parameter information exporting module which comprises a detected image basic information exporting unit, a bead ring coordinate information exporting unit, a steel wire bundle coordinate information exporting unit and a cord fabric information exporting unit. The method can systematically detect and parameterize the metal componentsof the cross section of the tire, and improves the efficiency and quality of tire analysis.
