Abstract

The invention relates to an ICT supply chain key node identification method combining network topology and commercial attributes, and belongs to the field of natural language processing and machine learning. The method is mainly used for solving the problem that the criticality of ICT supply chain network nodes is influenced by the commercial attributes of the nodes and the topological structure in the network. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, embedding sentences by utilizing doc2vec to obtain vector representations of ICT supply chain network supplier node company types, registration states, residences and operation ranges, normalizing registration capital, and splicing vectors of the four commercial attributes and normalized values of the registration capital to obtaina sentence vector S1 fusing the five commercial attributes; secondly, obtaining an ICT supply chain network node topology embedding vector S2 by using a Deepwalk algorithm; and finally, splicing the vectors S1 and S2, and realizing ICT supply chain network key node identification through linear classification. An experiment is carried out on a supplier node information data set of an ICT supply chain network, a result shows that the method can achieve a better classification effect, and the accuracy reaches 71.4%.
