According to the water source heat pump system, through use side water circulation and source side water circulation, hot water generated by the water source heat pump unit during heating can be provided for a heat using terminal needing heating or hot water supply for use,and meanwhile, cold water generated by the water source heat pump unit during heating can be provided for an external cold and heat source for refrigeration, and the cold quantity and the heat quantity generated by the water source heat pump unit during heating are fully utilized.
