The invention provides a wheel hub driving system which comprises a shell (10), a motor (E) and two planetary gear sets, the first planetary gear set comprises a first-stage sun gear (GS1), a first-stage planet carrier (GC1) and a first-stage gear ring (GR1), and the second planetary gear set comprises a second-stage sun gear (GS2), a second-stage planet carrier (GC2) and a second-stage gear ring(GR2). The first-stage sun gear (GS1) is connected to a rotor (ER) of the electric motor (E) in a non-rotational manner, the second-stage sun gear (GS2) is connected to the shell (10) in a non-rotational manner, the first-stage planet carrier (GC1) is connected to the second-stage ring gear (GR2) in a non-rotational manner, the first-stage ring gear (GR1) is connected to the second-stage planet carrier (GC2) in a non-rotational manner, and therefore, the power of the motor (E) can be transmitted to a rim.
