The invention discloses an energy supply method (E2RHS) in combination with online and offline scheduling in WRSN. The method comprises the following steps: 1, determining zones; 2, clustering, and setting an energy alarm threshold value; 3, storing a charging request; 4, constructing a shortest charging path; 5, calculating two times of a to-be-charged node; 6, comparing the two times of the to-be-charged node; and 7, obtaining an optimal charging path. E2RHS plans a charging path of a charging vehicle in combination with online and offline scheduling, carries out online calculation between base stations through charging request information submitted by the to-be-charged node, the to-be-charged node send the current energy consumption rates and residual energy of the to-be-charged node tothe base stations, and the base stations can cope with the situation that the energy consumption rates of the nodes in the network dynamically change; and meanwhile, the base stations plan the charging sequence of the nodes in the to-be-served queue offline, and determines the charging path of the charging vehicle. According to the method, the survival rate of the nodes in the network and the energy use efficiency of the charging vehicle are maximized, and the charging cost is reduced.
