Abstract

Under the condition that various maritime affair organization rules and classification society specifications are met, size constraints, stability constraints, draught constraints and navigation speed constraints of ships are comprehensively considered,and an artificial bee colony optimization algorithm, a particle swarm optimization algorithm, a genetic optimization algorithm and a differential evolution algorithm are used for carrying out optimization calculation with the maximum cargo hold volume as an optimization target. Through optimization design of an oil tank of a 26500 DWT oil tanker, correctness and effectiveness of the method are proved, and it is evaluated that the optimization capability of the artificial bee colony optimization algorithm on the ship inner shell plate optimization design problem is higher than that of the other three algorithms.
