Abstract

The invention discloses a GM-APD array camera performance index testing device which comprises a signal generating unit, a laser light source system (including a power supply), a light beam shaping system, a camera obscura, a to-be-tested camera provided with a power supply unit and a data processing unit. The camera obscura provides a dark environment required by the test of the to-be-tested camera, and the light beam shaping system and the to-be-tested camera are placed in the camera obscura. According to the device and the method, main performance indexes such as dark counting rate, detection efficiency, time jitter and post-pulse probability of the GMAPD array camera can be tested, and the actual use performance of a laser radar system can be effectively evaluated according to a resultobtained by the method.
