Abstract

The invention discloses a low-temperature tapping method for slabs of common carbon structural steel. The low-temperature tapping method comprises the following steps that a first target tapping temperature, first target in-furnace time and a first segmented set temperature are determined, and heating of the slabs is controlled; the slabs are controlled to enter a furnace in a crossed manner whenthe slabs enter the furnace; In a slab heating process, according to the tapping speed of a rolling mill or the minimum value of the first target tapping temperature of all the slabs in the heating furnace, the first segmented set temperature is adjusted; the segmented coal gas flow and the segmented air-fuel ratio of the heating furnace are adjusted according to the segmented residual oxygen content of the heating furnace; and when the slabs are tapped out of the furnace, an upper furnace temperature set value or a lower furnace temperature set value in the first segmented set temperature isadjusted according to the deviation between the actual tapping temperature of the upper surfaces of the slabs and the actual tapping temperature of the lower surfaces of the slabs, and the upper heatload and the lower heat load of the heating furnace are correspondingly adjusted. According to the method, the heating energy consumption is reduced, and meanwhile the rolling quality of plates is notaffected.
