According to themethod, a unit combination with the optimal cost is obtained by adopting a particle swarm algorithm improved on the basis of bacterium chemotaxis for a power transmission network model, and the solving efficiency of the model is improved by increasing direct-current power flow constraints; the power transmission network generator set model is divided into main and sub problems for iterative solution through Benders decomposition, and the solution efficiency of the model is further improved; photovoltaic unit power generation is used for cooperative scheduling, and the system operation efficiency is guaranteed; and on the premise that a distribution network layer considers security constraints, a node preprocessing strategy is adopted, a solution space range is reduced, and the overall solution efficiency is improved.
