A global navigation satellite system receiver and an inertia measurement unit are arranged on the container truck for providing a reference basis for speed correction of a wheel speed meter. The wheel speed meter speed correction method of the container truck comprises the following steps of: reading a GNSS original measurement speed and a wheel speed meter speed, and performing speed compensation on the GNSS original measurement speed toobtain a compensated GNSS original measurement speed; performing data fusion according to the compensated GNSS original measurement speed and the wheel speed meter speed, and estimating a wheel speedmeter dynamic scale factor in real time; and correcting the wheel speed meter speed according to the wheel speed meter dynamic scale factor. According to the wheel speed meter speed correction method, the wheel speed meter dynamic scale factor change can be estimated in real time, the correction accuracy of the wheel speed meter speed in the operation process of the container truck is improved, and the technical problem that the correction accuracy of the wheel speed meter speed is low in the operation process of the container truck can be solved.
