One end of the sliding connecting rod is rotationally connected with the main shaft; the other end of the sliding connecting rod can slide along the first sliding groove; first protrusions are arranged on the surface of the sliding connecting rod. The damping assembly comprises a sliding block and an elastic structural part, the sliding block is inserted into the open hole, the elastic structural part is contained in the second sliding groove, under the elastic force effect of the elastic structural part, the sliding block slides along the open hole and stretches into the first sliding groove, and the sliding block can be clamped with the first protrusions.
