Abstract

The invention discloses a non-contact fiber permeability measurement system and method. The non-contact fiber permeability measurement system comprises a mold device, a fluid supply device, a capacitance detection device and a permeability conversion device. The mold device comprises an upper plate, a lower plate and a fluid input port. The lower plate is arranged below the upper plate in paralleland forms an accommodating space with the upper plate. The accommodating space is used for accommodating a fiber fabric to be tested, and the fiber fabric to be tested is insulated from the upper plate and the lower plate. The fluid input port penetrates through the upper plate. The fluid supply device is connected with the mold device and used for supplying fluid to be injected into the accommodating space through the fluid input port. The capacitance detection device is electrically connected with the outer surface of the upper plate and the outer surface of the lower plate and used for detecting the capacitance value of the accommodating space. The permeability conversion device is electrically connected with the capacitance detection device, receives the capacitance value and is usedfor converting the capacitance value into permeability. Therefore, the non-contact fiber permeability measurement system can be widely applied and can be used for measuring more kinds of fiber fabrics.
