The coconut oil-based antibacterial oil-water gel is prepared from, by weight part, 25-30 parts of coconut essential oil, 15-20 parts of agilawood essential oil, 10-20 parts of folium artemisiae argyi essential oil, 8-12 parts of rosemary extract and 15-18 parts of pitaya stem extract. The oil-water gel prepared by the preparation method disclosed by the invention has a relatively good antibacterial effect on escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus and streptococcus pneumoniae, and has a remarkable effect on improving allergic rhinitis. The oil-water gel disclosed by the invention is applied to the edges of nostrils, so that air pathogens are captured and killed before nasal cavity replication, harmful pathogens in air are prevented from entering bodies to the maximum extent, the number of free proliferation in nasal cavities is reduced, and the natural filtering performance of the nose is enhanced.
