Abstract

The invention discloses a question matching method. Adapting execution in a computing device, the computing device stores feature matching patterns of a plurality of user intentions, wherein each feature matching mode comprises a chain formed by at least one slot position used for describing the intention of the user and a chain forming condition of the chain, each slot position comprises at leastone corpus word or at least one limiting condition. The method comprises the following steps: carrying out entity recognition on an input statement of the user; extracting semantic features of the input statement based on the entity recognition result, wherein the semantic features comprise statement length features, entity word features and auxiliary word features; determining a plurality of candidate chains of which the semantic features meet a chaining condition; performing slot matching on the candidate chains based on the semantic features, and determining a target chain most matched with the input statement; and searching for a corresponding answer statement and feeding back the answer statement to the user in combination with the semantic features and the user intention of the target chain. The invention further discloses a computing device for executing the method.
