The composition comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100 parts of polyvinyl chloride resin, 40-50 parts of a plasticizer, 5-8 parts of a stabilizer, 15-25 parts of calcium carbonate, 0.3-0.5 part of a lubricant, 6-10 parts of a flame retardant, 2-5 parts of extinction powder and 5-8 parts of a toughening agent.
