The blood supply analysis method comprises the following steps: acquiring a medical image set of organs or tissues; extracting and identifying organ information, lesion information and blood vessel information of the medical image set; determining ranges and mutual spatial positions of organs, diseased tissues and blood vessels; determining blood vessel nodes and blood vessel branches, and identifying all the blood vessel branches; and judging a blood supply area of the blood vessel. The invention further provides a method for carrying outsimulation operation based on blood supply analysis and a device for carrying out blood supply analysis and simulation operation. The device comprises an image set acquisition module, an image analysis module, a blood supply analysis module, a simulation operation module, a display module and a database.
