The invention further provides application of the substance for detecting the number of TiT subtypes in breast cancer tissue of a breast cancer patient in preparation of the product for predicting the prognosis survival rate of the breast cancer patient. The invention further provides an application of the substance for detecting the MiT subtype number in breast cancer tissue of a breast cancer patient to preparation of a product for predicting the prognosis survival rate of the breast cancer patient. The invention also provides an application of the substance for detecting the number of TiM subtypes in breast cancer tissues of the breast cancer patient in preparing the product for predicting the prognosis survival rate of the breast cancer patient.
