The method comprises: using the electrostatic induction and thenear field effect of the piezoelectric electret, and improving the charged quantity recognition sensitivity or rigidity judgment sensitivity through the single-layer or double-layer piezoelectric electret film; the front-end electrode being of a spherical vault structure with fixed threshold rigidity, and if the rigidity of the target object is larger than the threshold rigidity of the front-end electrode, the front-end electrode can generate nonlinear buckling, and generating a high-pulse narrow-deformation electric signal. Therefore, the rigidity of the object can be directly screened without measuring the contact force and the deformation of the object. On one structure, charged quantity measurement and threshold rigidity discrimination of a target are realized at the same time. Furthermore, front-end electrodes with different rigidities are arranged in an array manner, so that charged quantity distribution identification of the object can be realized, and the rigidity range of theobject can be judged with higher precision.
