Abstract

The invention discloses a gas dissolving system for transformer insulating oil. The system comprises a gas dissolving cavity, a conveying pipe, an oil outlet pipe, a heating belt, a thermocouple, a temperature control unit, capillary tubes, a one-way valve, an airflow control unit, oil pipes and an oil pump, wherein the conveying pipe is inserted from the bottom of the gas dissolving cavity; one side of the oil outlet pipe is connected with the bottom of the gas dissolving cavity, and the other side of the oil outlet pipe is connected with a test oil tank through one oil pipe; the temperaturecontrol unit is connected with the heating belt and the thermocouple separately and used for receiving temperature information collected by the thermocouple and sending a temperature control instruction to the heating belt; the airflow control unit is used for controlling the opening and closing of the one-way valve; and the input end of the oil pump is connected with the test oil tank, and the output end of the oil pump is connected with the conveying pipe through one oil pipe. According to the invention, oil samples with different dissolved gas components and contents can be rapidly and conveniently prepared, so the equipment for detecting the dissolved gas components of insoluble transformer oil can efficiently and accurately obtain an oil sample to be detected.
