The waveform control module comprises a first resistor, a second resistor, a third resistor, a fourth resistor, a fifth resistor, a first diode, a second diode, a first anti-reverse-connection unit, a second anti-reverse-connection unit, a first capacitor, a second capacitor, a first operating amplifier, a first power source and a second power source. The first anti-reverse-connection unit, the second anti-reverse-connection unit and the second capacitor are arranged in the waveform control module, firstly, the first capacitor is charged, and when the first capacitor is charged until conduction of the second anti-reverse-connection unit is reached, the first capacitor and the second capacitor are charged; and when conduction of the first anti-reverse-connection unit is reached, the second capacitor also participates in the process of discharging, the capacity of the capacitor is increased, the discharging speed is lowered, the current rising speed is decreased,and in this way, the arc characteristics are optimized.
