[0048] This study recruited 25 patients from the Neuro-Intensive Care Unit of Beijing Tiantan Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. These patients suffered from acute ischemic stroke caused by internal carotid artery (ICA) or middle cerebral artery (MCA) occlusion and received endovascular treatment (EVT, Endovascular treatment). Patients who were delirious and could not tolerate monitoring tools and / or had insufficient bilateral auditory temporal bone windows were excluded from this study. The study was approved by the local Institutional Review Board (IRB). Informed consent was obtained from the patients or their guardians.
