Abstract

The invention provides a method and a device for testing effectiveness and stability of a power supply non-redundant state emergency scheme. The method comprises the following steps of testing systemperformance for preset time in a normal power-on state of a system so as to collect performance data as a reference value; polling to power off each power supply in the system so as to simulate a power supply fault, acquiring system CPU frequency and complete machine power consumption in response to detection of power off of the power supply, and judging whether the complete machine power consumption is smaller than rated power consumption and a CPU frequency state or not; continuously testing the system performance and judging whether the performance reaches the threshold percentage of the reference value or not in response to the fact that the CPU frequency is in a down-conversion state and the overall power consumption is smaller than the rated power consumption; and powering on the power supply in response to the performance reaching a threshold percentage of the reference value. According to the invention, a relatively complete verification method is provided for an emergency scheme when a power supply fails in a non-redundant state of the power supply, and the effectiveness and reliability of the method are ensured.
