The soft skirt edge is encircled into a circle, clings to the skin and blocks the influence of external airflow and heat radiation on temperature measurement. The spherical sensor contacts the skin through an arc surface, thereby eliminating the influence of a human body hair on the measurement of skin temperature. The base is a bottom plate for fixing the soft skirt and the spherical sensor. A spherical metal layer is addedon the surface of the spherical sensor. A metal layer pin can be added on the spherical metal layer to form an electrode. The spherical sensors are provided with a plurality of electrodes and can measure the resistance of the skin surface. When moisture exists on the surface of the skin, the resistance between the electrodes can be greatly reduced.
