In the seedling growth period of the green terrier and the brassica parachinensis bailey, an artificial light source is adopted for irradiating green terrier andbrassica parachinensis bailey seedlings, growth of leaves of the green terrier and brassica parachinensis bailey seedlings is facilitated, leaves change green, and chlorophyll is accumulated. A lightsupply manner of the artificial light sources adopts conventional white light and low-dosage UV-B lighting. The wavelength of low-dosage UV-B light is 280-320nm, and light quantum flux density is 3<mu>mol.m<-2>.s<-1>. The method disclosed by the invention is suitable for growth of total artificial light green terrier and brassica parachinensis bailey seedlings. The lighting method is adopted, sothat growth of the green terrier and brassica parachinensis bailey seedlings can be promoted, the production cycle can be shortened, and energy consumption is reduced.
