The invention provides a vehicle-mounted edge calculation method, device and system based on volunteer cooperative processing, and the method comprises the steps: setting a certain vehicle-mounted edge calculation server, i.e., n vehicle users ri (i = 1, 2,..., n) with task unloading demands in a coverage range of a VEC server vj; and enabling the VEC server vj to receive the task unloading requests of the vehicle users within the coverage range of the VEC server vj, and recruit one volunteer alliance to provide idle resources to assist the volunteer alliance in processing the task amount which cannot be processed by the volunteer alliance according to the total task amount requested to be unloaded by all the vehicle users and the total task amount which can be processed by the volunteer alliance, wherein each volunteer alliance is a vehicle-mounted resource pool composed of a plurality of vehicles with idle resources. According to the invention, the problem of limited computing resources of the VEC server in vehicle-mounted edge computing can be solved, and the vehicle-mounted service quality and the user experience are effectively improved.
