Problems solved by technology

[0002] Rubber products refer to activities that use natural and synthetic rubber as raw materials to produce various rubber products, including rubber products remanufactured from waste rubber. The output of synthetic rubber has greatly exceeded that of natural rubber, and the largest output is styrene-butadiene rubber. Rubber product testing drying box usually uses a dehumidification fan to discharge the hot and humid air in the box, so as to ensure that the box is dry, and the air in the box must be replenished while exhausting the air to ensure the gas circulation in the box. The outside air is introduced into the box. On the one hand, it is easy to introduce moisture outside the box. On the other hand, impurities in the air outside the box may also be introduced into the box, which will cause pollution of the rubber products to be tested and reduce the detection accuracy.

Abstract

The invention discloses a drying box for rubber product detection. The box comprises a first shell. A second shell and a storage battery are arranged on the left side and the right side of the bottomend of an inner cavity of the first shell correspondingly. A rotating shaft is rotatably arranged in the center of an inner cavity of the second shell; a first bevel gear is arranged on the rotating shaft, a base used for fixing a motor is arranged on the right side of the bottom end of an inner cavity of the second shell, a second bevel gear meshed with the first bevel gear is arranged at the output end of the motor, the top end of the rotating shaft extends out of the inner cavity of the second shell to be connected with a supporting plate, and a tray is arranged at the top end of the supporting plate. A fan is started through reverse rotation, and air in the first shell is exhausted; the draught fan is started through forward rotation, the air outlet pipe and the exhaust hood are aligned with the cooling fins for exhausting, and the drying efficiency of the rubber products is further improved; and through the third shells on the left side and the right side of the inner cavity of the first shell, an external pollution source can be effectively prevented from entering the first shell, so that the rubber product is prevented from being polluted, and the detection accuracy of the rubber product is improved.
