Abstract

The invention discloses an adsorbent for adsorbing n-alkanes and a preparation method and application of the adsorbent. The preparation method of the adsorbent for adsorbing n-alkanes comprises the following steps: (1) carrying out dipping treatment on a 5A molecular sieve by adopting a sugar solution, drying after dipping treatment, and roasting in an inert atmosphere; (2) carrying out dipping treatment on the material obtained in the step (1) by adopting a solution containing a chemical pore-enlarging agent; and (3) drying and roasting the material obtained in the step (2) to obtain a modified 5A molecular sieve. The molecular sieve for adsorbing n-alkanes prepared by the method has the advantages of high adsorption capacity, high adsorption rate and the like.
