The method comprises the following steps: strain selection, rootstock selection, planting time selection, planting density selection, nutrient source selection, soil selection, soil treatment, and fruit-loading tree management, wherein the strain selects a strain with strong disease resistance and stress resistance in large-seed oil body or fine-seed oil body varieties of the citrus reticulata cv. chachiensis family; the nutrient source uses plant-derived active ingredients, biological metabolites and natural minerals as a nutrient source; the planting density is 1200 plants or less per hectare; the soil is waterlogged paddy soil and lateritic red soil, the organic matter content of the soil is greater than 2 g / Kg, the pH value of the soil is 5-7, and an active soil layer thickness of the soil is 60 cm or more; and a soil ecological remediation agent used in the soil treatment is a camellia oil-based sucroseester soil ecological remediation agent, a camellia oil rhamnose ester soil ecological remediation agent, or a modified rhamnose ester soil ecological remediation agent.
