According to the invention, the packaged data message is analyzed and processed; according to the preset corresponding relation, the header information of the data message is directly mapped to the corresponding target bandwidth occupation proportion to be sent; and the execution logic is simple, no protocol coupling exists, and the constraint of a user mode or a software/hardware kernel mode is avoided, so that all transmission protocols can be supported and compatible, and the isolation requirement of higher performance can be met while the application range of the bandwidth isolation scheme is expanded.
