The method comprises: first equipment receives a first request message sent by a second equipment according to an NETCONF, and locks a configuration data set of the first equipment according to the first request message; the first equipment receives a second request message sent by the third equipment according to the NETCONF, the second request message is used for requesting to modify or lock the configuration data set; and the first equipment sends a first response message to the second equipment, the first responsemessage is used for notifying the third equipment to request to modify or lock the configuration data set.
