Problems solved by technology

In the prior art, one of the reasons for the unsatisfactory effect of Liphid wasps on controlling greenhouse whitefly and whitefly is that the quality of bee card is low.
At present, there are no technical indicators and detection methods for scientifically and reasonably evaluating the quality of Limai spp.

Embodiment 1

[0032] Example 1 A method for evaluating the quality of Limadina spp.

[0033] Including bee pupae emergence rate and bee pupae emergence concentration index, both of which jointly define the quality of bee card of Lemony aphid.

[0034] Randomly sample 3 bee cards as a batch of samples from the purchased Lime bee cards, count the number of bee pupae on the sampled bee cards under a dissecting microscope, and then place them at a temperature of (26±1)°C and a humidity of 60%- Begin eclosion under 70% condition, check and record the number of eclosion holes every day for the first 13 days, and calculate the eclosion rate of bee pupae and the concentration index of bee pupae eclosion.

[0035] After testing, among the three bee card samples in this embodiment, the total number of bee pupae to be detected is 600, the number of bee pupae that completed eclosion on the first day was 5, and the number of bee pupae that completed eclosion on the second day was 6, the number of bee p...

[0061] Example 2 A method for evaluating the quality of Lemonis spp.

[0062] Including bee pupae emergence rate and bee pupae emergence concentration index, both of which jointly define the quality of bee card of Lemony aphid.

[0063] Randomly sample 4 bee cards as a batch of samples from the purchased Lime bee cards, count the number of bee pupae on the sampled bee cards under a dissecting microscope, and then place them at a temperature of (26±1)°C and a humidity of 60%- Begin eclosion under 70% condition, first 13 days check every day and record eclosion hole number, calculate bee pupa eclosion rate and bee pupa eclosion concentration index, calculation method is the same as embodiment 1.

[0064] After testing, among the 4 bee card samples in this embodiment, the total number of bee pupae to be detected is 800, the number of bee pupae that completed eclosion on the first day was 2, and the number of bee pupae that completed eclosion on the second day was 5, the number o...

[0070] Example 3 A method for evaluating the quality of Limadina spp.

[0071] Including bee pupae emergence rate and bee pupae emergence concentration index, both of which jointly define the quality of bee card of Lemony aphid.

[0072] Randomly sample 4 bee cards as a batch of samples from the purchased Lime bee cards, count the number of bee pupae on the sampled bee cards under a dissecting microscope, and then place them at a temperature of (26±1)°C and a humidity of 60%- Begin eclosion under 70% condition, first 13 days check every day and record eclosion hole number, calculate bee pupa eclosion rate and bee pupa eclosion concentration index, calculation method is the same as embodiment 1.

[0073] After testing, among the three bee card samples in this embodiment, the number of bee pupae was 598, the number of bee pupae that completed eclosion on the first day was 7, the number of bee pupae that completed eclosion on the second day was 10, and the number of bee pupae tha...

Abstract

The invention discloses a method for evaluating the quality of encarsia formosa cards. Evaluation indexes of the method comprise a bee pupa eclosion rate and a bee pupa eclosion concentration index. The eclosion rate of the bee pupae is the percentage of the number of encarsia formosa emerging from the bee pupae within 12 days to the total number of the bee pupae. By adopting the method, the quality of the encarsia formosa card can be scientifically and reasonably evaluated, large-scale production, inspection, sales and application of encarsia formosa can be guided, and feasible technical indexes and detection methods are provided for quality grading of the encarsia formosa card.

Description

technical field [0001] The invention relates to a method for evaluating the quality of aphid beetles and belongs to the technical field of biological control of agricultural pests. Background technique [0002] Liphid wasp Encarsia formosa Gahan belongs to Hymenoptera Hymenoptera Aphelinidae Aphelinidae Encarsia, hermaphroditism, female body length about 0.6mm, brown to black head, black chest, bright yellow abdomen, transparent wings with metallic luster; Males are black all over and are very rare. [0003] Bemisia tabaci is a whitefly pest Bemisia tabaci (Gennadius) and the greenhouse whitefly Trialeurodes vaporariorum (Westwood). At present, the parasitoid has achieved large-scale breeding and is widely used in the prevention and control of vegetable whitefly pests in facilities. In the process of release and application of Lepidox, it is mainly achieved by hanging bee cards. Therefore, the production of high-quality Lepidox card is conducive to improving its contro...
